Schoology audio on videos is not working

Hi my name is Kayla and I am doing online learning because of the carona virus issue that is going on right now and when I tried to watch the video that our teacher sent to us I could not hear the audio to the video but could see the video. But I can hear every other sounds on YouTube or music anything else but on the app so I don’t know what else I could do to solve this problem but if you could help it would be greatly appreciated! Thank you -Kayla

    Hi Kayla,

    If you are accessing the video via a Schoology mobile app, please make sure the ringer on your phone is enabled. 

    If you are accessing the video via a web browser and still experiencing this issue, please let us know.

    The sound on the YouTube video for my math lesson 3 plays without sound. I am connected from my pc in google chrome browser. Other videos play fine with good sound. Please Help.
