Request to Delete Account

Hello,

I attended a course at a Language school back in September 2014, and they used Schoology.

I'm now an English Teacher myself, and would like to use Schoology as a resource, but it seems that my profile is still assigned to the original language school and 2014 course - so I can't create courses, or even delete my account and start again.

Apart from not being able to delete my account, I thought that under Data Protection laws, it was illegal to hold information about someone, without giving them a way to correct that information, or request removal of that information?  There seems to be no way to get direct support about this, though.
