Help changing school in profile

I created an account with Schoology several years back for the first time.  My kids are in a new school in a different state. My husband and I need help making the necessary changes in both our profiles and settings so we can access their current information. I would appreciate getting some help.  Thank you.

    Hi Elissette, 

    Are your children enrolled in an Enterprise district? 

    If so, the parent account provisioning methods may be specific to that district. In that case, you should reach out to their instructors for more information. 

    If not, you can reach out to the instructor for a Parent Access Code. You can use the Parent Access Code to either create a new account or to add children to your existing account. The same Parent Access Code can be used to make multiple accounts.

    I am in the same situation. When I enter the new access code and my info the system says I am already registered and leads me to my original account. I don't see an option for a new account and I don't want to have to change my email address.
