Request to remove data

In the past year, I have attended a certain course on Schoology. Upon completion of this course, I have requested the lead lecturer to unenroll me from the course so I can delete my account. The request has been denied. To my understanding, I have a right to my data on Schoology, which cannot be used after consent withdrawal.

I will be grateful for assistance from whoever has the administrative rights on Schoology to deal with this issue. I have contacted Schoology, however, they no longer accept ticket submission from basic users.

    We have the same issue - we added incorrect courses for a higher grade and would like to have these removed - we see there is only space available for 9 courses

    Hi Dillon, 

    There isn't a limit on the number of courses -- to view the full list of courses your account is enrolled in, click My Courses in the top-right corner of the course dashboard. 

    As for removing incorrect courses, the best way to do so is to reach out to the course administrator.
