Having trouble updating or changing anything on my profile


In the past several months, Schoology hasn't let me get to the screen to edit my profile at all. My school doesn't have any restrictions against editing my profile (bio & interests), and it used to work for me just fine, but one day it stopped working on my account, no matter what computer I use. My friends and classmates are still able to edit their profiles too. Please help.

    Hi Aurora, 

    It looks like the permission for students to edit their bios is not enabled at your district. 

    If you have questions about this, you can ask one of your instructors who may be able to put you in touch with your system administrator if necessary.
