We don't receive notifications by mail

My students and I don't receive notifications by email. I post assessments, quizzes, tests, news, etc., and we still don't receive emails about it. We turn on all notifications on Settings.

    Hi Thales, 

    Have you checked your Spam or Junk folders within your email? 

    You can also check your email settings to make sure that Schoology is a trusted sender. 

    If you have done so and continue to experience this behavior, please let us know!
