    Sorry to hear you're experiencing this issue. 

    If you could please answer some clarifying questions to help us troubleshoot: 

    • Is only one student in particular effected? 
    • Which devices/browsers/apps are effected? 
    • What kind of assignment is it? Schoology Assignment, Google Drive Assignment, etc. 
    • What kind of file is the student attempting to upload? 
    • How big is the file? 
    • Does this occur on the school network or home network or both?
    • What kind of error message is the student receiving? (A screenshot would work best)
