Schoology courses with many members not fully loading


We have a weekly grade level advisory class. Each grade level is set up as it's own Schoology course with about 300 members each. When the students are trying to open the course during the advisory time, many students can't get the course materials to fully load. Is this issue due to too many students accessing each course at once? Or could it be our wifi or some other technical problem? Thank you!

    If you could please answer a few questions to assist in troubleshooting this issue: 

    • Is this issue occurring only during the advisory period?
    • Can you clarify what you mean by "fully load"?
    • Does that mean some materials don't load at all or some materials only partially load?
    • What kind of materials are experiencing difficulty loading?
    • Is the behavior consistent? Are the same students experiencing difficulties every time? Are the same materials experiencing this?
