Students cant access course

Our student are having difficulty in accessing the course content. Some can and some can't, so it is weird. Does anyone have a possible solution. We cant get any support because we are basic members.

    Sorry to hear you're experiencing this issue! 

    If you don't mind, here are a few questions that will enable us to better troubleshoot this issue: 

    • What kind of course content are they unable to access? Is it the entire course or specific material types?
    • Are the students able to enroll in the course? 
    • Is this behavior consistent across browsers? 
    • What kind of error message are they receiving? 

    Attaching any relevant screenshots will be of great help as well.
