Syncing with PowerTeacher Pro

Is it normal for assignments marked with student completion rules not to sync with PowerTeacher Pro? Do I need to add dates to get them to sync?

    Thank you for reaching out in the Schoology Community!

    Assignments should still sync if they do not have a due date - they would sync to the last date of the associated grading period. If you're still experiencing sync issues, please reach out to the Support Contact at your organization so they can submit a ticket to our Support team and we can investigate further.

    Yes, I'm still experiencing sync problems. In PowerTeacher Pro the assignment score type is set to "collected only" and every time I sync from Schoology, PowerTeacher Pro changes to "points" and deletes everything I've entered. I've used the late and incomplete codes and those delete too.
