Top ribbon disfunctional


Dear All,

recently, as a student, I noticed that whenever I click anything on the top ribbon in Schoology (Course, Groups, Resources, Notifications etc.) I received info: "Something went wrong. Reload page." I did try to log in and log off, but the problem persists.


I will be grateful for the solution.

    Sorry to hear you're experiencing this issue. Are you seeing this behavior across all browsers? This sounds like it could potentially be a network error. You can troubleshoot using our System Requirements.
