Quiz changes answers

Over the years, I have had many different students (who wouldn't have known each other or talked about this) claim that a quiz changes their answers between reviewing and submitting/grading. The quizzes are multiple choice. For the life of me I cannot duplicate the error! Has anybody else experienced this or are my students simply mistaken?

    Thank you for reaching out in the Schoology Community! 

    When we receive reports of this behavior, it's usually due to one of two things: a touch screen or the Review Answers page. 

    For example, sometimes students scroll while using a touch screen and accidentally select a different answer without noticing.

    Another common error is misinterpreting the Review Answers page. On the Review Answers page, selected answers will be marked with a white checkmark. From time to time, students will mistake these checks for correct answers and think their answer has been changed when they receive their results that are marked incorrect.
