STUDENT ACCESS CODE NOT WORKING

i have a student that has entered the access code in my presence only to be told that it's an invalid code.  I tried resetting the class code and got the same response after entering the new code.

    Sorry to hear you're experiencing this issue! 

    Could you attach a screenshot of the error message you're receiving? Is this happening with just one student? 

    Then, we'll be able to follow up with further troubleshooting.

    It's just the one student, but she's having the issue in several classes.
