Unable to archive course

Hello,

my colleagues and I are unable to archive courses that have been completed for the semester. This is a function that we able to do previously.  We are getting an error message that there is an "internal problem".

Please advise.

    Have you tried following the workflow delineated in this article: How do I archive courses?

    If so and you are still encountering issues, please let us know. Please attach screenshots of the error message if possible.

    Yimei, I have a related question.  I have successfully archived courses in the past.  However, Schoology will not allow me to archive my Summer '19 courses.  Perhaps there is a limit on the number of courses that can be archived?

    Hi Jeanne, 

    Sorry to hear you're experiencing this issue! 

    There isn't a limit on the number of courses that can be archived. 

    It sounds like this might be a network error. If you are still experiencing this issue, you can use this article to troubleshoot. 

    If the problem persists, please let us know and we can open a ticket with our Support Team to investigate further.

    Hi Yimei,

    We continue to have this issue, even after the troubleshooting.

    It will not allow any of us to archive a class, continuing to get the "internal error" message.

    Please let us know if you can help/open up a help desk ticket to fix the error.

    I am having the same issue. I am unable to archive my courses from the summer. I have tried many time and thought it was an internet issue, but still continue to be unable to archive my courses.
