I am having trouble verifying my account because (apparently) I live in China and I have a Chinese phone number. I contact support. I get this goofy email about "being a 'basic'" member of the site. I responded I won't be anything if i cannot verify my account. I get the same response. I click on the link for "basic" accounts, and the Customer support button is visible. I seriously doubt the "community" will be able to help verify my account. I need a response from a technical programmer not a uber help guy from the community.
Get a real technical support Schoology. If I had a choice I would be using Google Classroom.
