I can not link my child's account with mine


Help! I created an account through my parent portal, but am unable to view any of my son's information. His name doesn't even appear on my account, and I am unable to add any students.

    Hi Alison,

    Thank you for reaching out in the Schoology Community!

    In this case, the district's designated Support team can assist further with this issue. You can reach the Support team by clicking Support in the footer at the bottom of Schoology and then Parent Support from the popup Support window.
