Issue Child Code in Schoology

Good Afternoon,

I am having an issue with adding a child in schoology using Child Code. It shows as invalid, when I try to add a child.

Would you please contact me via email. I am unable to call you because no one appears to be picking up the phone; and, I am unable to find your email address. Or you could post your email for general public.

    Thank you for reaching out in the Schoology Community!

    In this case, you can contact your district's designated Support team to confirm the child access code. You can reach the Support team by clicking the Help Center link in the footer at the bottom of Schoology. From there, you can follow the Support link.
