I know my answers are correct. Yet, I have received a score of 0/100 when submitting numerous attempts on this one quiz.

Test/Quizzes and Assessments that contain subjective questions (Short Answer/Essay type) are not automatically scored. However, it sounds like you're referring to a specific test/quiz or assessment in a course you're taking. In this case, it's best to reach out to your course administrator with any questions you might have about scoring.

Yes, I am having the same issue. I have sent a request for help to Eric Levels but I've not gotten a reply yet. I cannot go any further until this is resolved.
