This is the error message some of my participants are getting when trying to log into our PD group. The participants are from different schools all of over Virginia. Please advise!

Thank you for reaching out in the Schoology Community!
The permission "to join groups outside of my organization" is set at the district level by system administrators. The participants who are unable to join may want to reach out to their system administrators for clarification regarding their user permissions. They can find their system administrators listed under Support Contacts from the Support tab of the footer in Schoology.
