Loading error

One of my students was taking his final exam on Schoology. After working an hour and a half, he went to submit his exam and got the message “loading error.”  All of his answers were gone. I tried to resume the test and the answers were still gone. We both were angry and upset. Schoology has got to find a way to save work as the students are working so that this does not happen. This is unacceptable. 

Anyone else ever had this happen?

    Thank you for reaching out in the Schoology Community. I'm sorry to hear your student experienced an issue submitting a test. When students enter answers while taking a test, they should see a "Saved" message and the timestamp on the bottom right:

    For optimal performance while using Schoology, we recommend looking at our System Requirements article to check supported browser versions, devices and run a speed test. I hope this helps. Please let us know if you continue to experience issues with students submitting tests.
