Why the website becomes so slow and even unconnected sometimes?


Dear Schoology team,

For the past few days, I have been struggling with the sudden breakdown of the school during my classes. This has happened between 20:00 and 21:00 (in Asia). The website starts really fast as usual but when I click on Login, I have to to wait for a long, long time to see the Login app, sometimes it says: the connection is time out!

Please fix this because I have been getting my classes into the term exams now.

    Please reach out to your school's technology administrator and review this article for System Requirements & Troubleshooting Tips. Because this issue is happening while you're at school (during your classes), your school's technology team will be better able to give you more context about the issues you're experiencing.
