0 loading issues


We've been having numerous issues with loading the website. It is very intermittent and the issue is only with this website, this is very frustrating and we are not able to identify this as an internal issue.


I'm the Network engineer here at the school campus and I am not able to identify this, I have checked firewall rules and dns settings.

Are you aware of this issue?

    The browser doesn't go past "Performing TLS handshake with" and then I get the following error.

    Are there two or more servers from where this site is loading? It looks like some don't have an updated SSL cert? As it works intermittently.
