How to change schools as a parent user


My son has just changed schools.

He had Schoology at his last school. I have been given a code by his new school, but the login takes me to the previous school and the code doesn’t update my account to the new school.

How do I delete the log-in details for the previous school and access my account for the new school?

    Thank you for reaching out in the Schoology Community! 

    This depends on whether your child's new school is using an Enterprise version of Schoology or the Basic version. You will likely have to make a new account, or the school may want to provision a new account for you.

    This is such a laborious, inefficient process. Shouldn't the information be updated automatically with the student's enrollment?  

    I've spent a lot of time trying to resolve this, only to find that we have to jump through more hoops.  It's a frustrating and antiquated process.
