Any way to delete my account?


I'm trying to delete my account but I can't because I'm still in 2 courses from several years ago that were never ended. One of them the teacher doesn't even teach in the same state that I'm in anymore. I tried making a ticket but apparently you have to pay to ask for help. Any way to unenroll from the courses so I can delete my account?

    Hi Ryan,

    Thank you for reaching out in the Schoology Community!

    We recommend reaching out to the Course Admins and request to be unenrolled from the courses. You can send the Course Admins a message by navigating to the Members section of the course, select the gear icon next to their name and select Send message. Once they unenroll you from the course, you can proceed to delete your account.
