I can no longer access my child's account


Hi there. Our school district changed to an enterprise system and sent parents new PIN numbers to access our child's information. I have unlocked this through the district's system, but Schoology still is not allowing me to see my childn't account. Not having access is greatly affecting my abillity to stay on top of my child's grades. Is there any way to help me? I would appreciate some guidance asap. Thank you!

    Thank you for reaching out in the Schoology Community! 

    When you register a new account with a parent access code (xxxx-xxxx-xxxx), you should be automatically associated with your child's account. If you're unable to see your child's account, this might be because you've received the wrong code. In this case, you should speak with your district's System Admin (you can find them located under Support Contacts in the Support tab of the footer) as they might be able to either send you the correct code or give you more context about this issue.
