Hi there. Our school district changed to an enterprise system and sent parents new PIN numbers to access our child's information. I have unlocked this through the district's system, but Schoology still is not allowing me to see my childn't account. Not having access is greatly affecting my abillity to stay on top of my child's grades. Is there any way to help me? I would appreciate some guidance asap. Thank you!
