Message when students try to open one drive assignment


When my students try to open a one drive assignment most of them are getting this message:

"We couldn’t load your document because there is a problem with your instructor’s account. Please ask your instructor to reconnect their account to Schoology"

My account is connected and I have restarted my computer. When I try to open the doc it says 

"Oops look like something went wrong"
