Adding and deleting students' account from Schoology


Hello Schoology Community,

I submitted a request for help on February 18th, and I sent a few followed up emails to the Schoology customer service department. However, nobody from their team has emailed me back. I am very disappointed on how Schoology has been handling customer support, and I really hope they can fix this soon.

Since I could not get help from Schoology customer service, I am reaching out to the Schoology community. I have a student that left my school district, so I would like to delete his account to free this spot, so I can give it to a new student that recently joined my class.
Could someone please explain me how to delete a student's account, and how to add a new student to one of my courses?

I thank you in advance for taking the time to help me with this.

    Hi Karen,

    Thank you for reaching out in the Schoology Community! I'm sorry for the delay in response to your inquiry. 

    As an Enterprise instructor, you can manage the enrollments for your courses from the Members page of each course. Learn more: Add Members to Course.

    Since you're part of an organization using the Enterprise version of Schoology, you can reach out to your Support Contacts for assistance with this. They will have System Admin rights to your organization, and will be able to mark the student's account inactive.  To contact them, click the Support link in the footer from any page of Schoology:

    What about those who aren't enterprise?

    How would we delete a students account?
