Hello Schoology Community,
I submitted a request for help on February 18th, and I sent a few followed up emails to the Schoology customer service department. However, nobody from their team has emailed me back. I am very disappointed on how Schoology has been handling customer support, and I really hope they can fix this soon.
Since I could not get help from Schoology customer service, I am reaching out to the Schoology community. I have a student that left my school district, so I would like to delete his account to free this spot, so I can give it to a new student that recently joined my class.
Could someone please explain me how to delete a student's account, and how to add a new student to one of my courses?
