Access code

I am instructor running a course. A current Schoology member (she has an account through her school district) is unable to type in the FULL access code to join my course. She is unable to make a personal account due to her district policy. Can you please help with this? Thank you!

    I am also unable to get access with the codes given to me.  I have asked for help through customer service and have request ticket numbers but I think because I am not a paying customer, they won't help me.  No on has responded to my tickets.  I would love help with the access codes.  I am a school administrator and find it very concerning that I can't see what my teachers are posting.  PLEASE HELP!!!
