    Just finished a wild goose chase for the resubmitted assignment.  At least fix the hover over to show the student's name instead of just the section.

    I tried going to the link to learn how to delete notifications, but I don't have access to the page. Can I get an active link or instructions?

    Hi Paula,

    Thank you for reaching out in the Schoology Community!

    There is not a way to clear all notifications in bulk. Notifications can only be cleared by:

    • - Providing a grade on an item.
    • - Marking a submission with an exception.
    • - Marking the item as "ungraded".

    We understand that clearing notifications in bulk would be a very useful feature so this post will be used to help gather feedback for our Product team to consider for future updates.

    Claire,

    I'm still seeing notifications on items after grading them.  Am I doing something wrong?

    Hi Jim,

    To clarify - are you still seeing a notification in the Reminders panel after grading an affected item, and confirmed there have been no further re-submissions since you graded the item?

    If yes, please reach out to your district's designated Support Contacts by clicking Support in the footer navigation bar. They'll be able to help you troubleshoot this further and submit a ticket with our Support team if necessary.
