Exporting Question Banks


Hi.  Why am I unable to export question banks using the common cartridge system between Schoology and Canvas?  The files do not copy across and the folder appears empty.  I have tried integrating them into courses to see if this helps but to no avail.  Any help will be appreciated.

    Hello Mr. Nichols,

    Thanks for your question!

    To import/export question banks, you'll need to follow the process to Import an entire course, as detailed here:

    If you're importing a Common Cartridge file from another system, you'll want to export the entire course which contains the question banks, instead of importing the Test/Quiz alone. Once the import is complete, you can delete any content you don't need and utilize only the Question Banks from the import.
