Can't login or reset password



My daughter has been trying to log onto schoology but can't login in when she tries to enter her information to reset password the system says that her credentials are not valid.  she has been using schoology since August 2018.

Please help.

    Hi Sunita,

    Very sorry for any inconvenience you and your daughter have experienced. Please contact your child's teacher or school for help logging into Schoology. 

    Once you have resolved the password issue, please make sure your daughter is logging into Schoology using these steps:
