My students are unable to access my course, despite entering the access code I gave them.
I have sent a request for help last week to Schoology and am still waiting for a solution for this. I have also noticed in the Schoology Community Forum that this has been a common complaint from students, parents, and teachers for the last couple of years without a specific reason or solution made in response to others' public complaints.
Since this is a common problem, can Schoology post a public solution for us to correct this on our own or at least inform us that the course needs to be individually unlocked and reset by a Schoology tech? What is the solution for this ongoing issue? Operator error? Program design issue?
Feeling in the dark here... How soon can I expect to get some feedback.
