Some students cannot access a quiz


I have received several messages from students indicating they cannot access a quiz.  The settings and due date are correct.  The settings also include the need to complete or view some things prior to completing the quiz.  Some students say they have done that and they still are unable to access the quiz.

I am going to suggest that they also contact Schoology, but is there something else I can do from my end?  Do they need to view or complete things prior to opening the quiz all on the same computer?  They have all been instructed to use Firefox as their browser.

    Hello Cathy,

    Very sorry for any inconvenience you've experienced recently with Completion Rules. Completion Rules will follow the student regardless of the device they are using to access the materials.

    If you are experiencing trouble with the student access to materials with Completion Rules, start by rechecking student progress to refresh the report:

    1. 1. Click Student Progress at the top of the page.
    2. 2. Click Recheck Student Progress along the bottom of the pop-out window.
    3. 3. The Student Progress page refreshes and the completion percentages may update.
