I have received several messages from students indicating they cannot access a quiz. The settings and due date are correct. The settings also include the need to complete or view some things prior to completing the quiz. Some students say they have done that and they still are unable to access the quiz.
I am going to suggest that they also contact Schoology, but is there something else I can do from my end? Do they need to view or complete things prior to opening the quiz all on the same computer? They have all been instructed to use Firefox as their browser.
