We have run into the following scenario a few times and it causes some concern.
- Teacher messages parent via Schoology messaging
- Email notification from Schoology is sent to parent
- Parent email is compromised and a phishing/scammer bot replies back to Schoology message
- Response goes through Schoology messaging and spreads to teacher
I would appreciate the ability to turn off the email responding feature and instead use a link to take the user back to schoology messaging to respond accordingly.
