Can't change device that receives notifications.


I got a new phone and the website will not let me change the device that receives notifications. A little box is there that says which devices is connected but when I click the x to remove my old phone, it just gives a runaround that accomplishes nothing. I've attached screenshots of what pops up.

I tried uninstalling the app from my old and new phones, turning off all notifications, emailed support, searched online, but nothing works. If anyone has an idea, I'd really appreciate it.

    Hi Colin,

    Very sorry for any inconvenience. I am going to create a ticket so that we can track this issue with our Support Team.

    In the meantime:

    • - If you still have the old device, you can delete the Schoology app to discontinue notifications.
    • - To add your new device, download the app and make sure to allow notifications on the new device.
