Students Unable to Log in

I have several students who create accounts, are allowed to log in once, and then are locked out. They haven't forgotten any of their log in information, it just stops working for some reason. Has anyone experienced this?

    Hi Morel,

    I noticed that you opened a ticket regarding this issue. You should receive this same response via email regarding that ticket.

    If students have used an email address to create an account, they can use the Forget Your Password option during login to reset their password.

    If the student signed up with a username, teachers can reset passwords for their students to help them login. Additionally, when students sign into Schoology with a username, they also must enter the name of their school. Please make sure students are selecting the correct school during login.
