Student Annotations Not Showing


Just recently when students turn in their work on Schoology from Adobe their annotations have not been showing up on the iPad. Both apps are up to date. The screen blinks and the annotations disappear.

    Thank you for reaching out with your question.

    A few things to try in order to troubleshoot this issue:

    • > Make sure the Schoology app is up to date on your device. (We recently released version 6.0)
    • > If you are using a third party tool for annotations (like Adobe Reader), please make sure that app is also up to date.
