No annotations showing when correcting on my iPad



Just recently, my students' annotations don't appear when I correct their papers on my iPad. Something has changed either with Kami or Schoology, and I'm not sure how to fix it. It may be crazy, but the students with the newer Chrome Books are the ones that aren't working. The old Chrome Books still have the annotations appear on my iPad. I can see the annotations on a computer, but the answers just flash quickly and disappear on the iPad. Do you have any ideas for me?

    Thank you for reaching out with your question.

    A few things to try in order to troubleshoot this issue:

    • > Make sure the Schoology app is up to date on your device. (We recently released version 6.0)
    • > If you are using a third party tool for annotations (like Kami), please make sure that tool is also up to date.
    • > Kami requires a subscription for their integration with Schoology. More information is available here.
