lost another university


Dear Instructor

I am teaching in two schools (for example A and B) I have made all courses with Schoology.

Recently when I am logging via my Mac Book Air (Apple ) I can not access one of my school! (for example B)( that school does not appear in my profile !!)

at the same when I I am logging via my laptop Vaio ( Microsoft) I can not access another school! (for example A) ( the school does not appear in my profile !!)

wonder why?  would you please kindly someone help me to solve this problem and access them in each platform
