No Grades Section When Viewing My Child's Schoolology

I'm trying to view my daughter's grades in schoolology but there is no places to click on Grades/Attendance, like all the "How-To" videos say there should be.  This is hampering my ability to check-in on her progress.  Can someone help me view them? Please email me at hrstruggle@comcast.net

    Thank you for reaching out with your question!

    Your child's school determines if access to your child's grades is available via permissions within Schoology.

    We recommend you contact the school to discuss the availability of grades for your account.

    You can contact the school by logging into Schoology and clicking the Support link at the bottom of any page in Schoology. Click any of the listed Support Contacts to send a message with your request.

    If you have any trouble contacting the school using the method above, we recommend reaching out to the school directly via email or phone.

    Hello,

    I was able to sign in to my parent portal without a problem. Once I clicked on my child's grades and assignments section, I was linked to Schoology and I seemed to be signed in but I could not get any access to the grades or courses for my child. What can be done to get access to my daughter's Schoology.

    Hi Maria,

    When you are accessing your child's grades, are you switching to the student view to see them? You can do this by following these steps:

    • >Click the downfacing arrow at the top right of Schoology - next to your name
    • > Select your child's name from the menu.
    • > You should then see an option for grades that will take you to an overview of your child's grades.

    If you continue to see the Private Access Only message when using the steps above, please let me know so that we can investigate the issue in more detail.
