Email Reply Not Working

Hi,

I have always been able to reply to a schoology message via my email until recently. It has stopped working. The replies I send via email are not received. How can this be fixed?

    I am happy to report that this issue has been resolve in Schoology! Schoology message replies via email should now function as expected.

    Hi, I am experiencing the exact same issue.  I was able to reply to an email on Oct 16 that was received in one of my courses, but none since then in any of my courses.  Please advise.  Thank you.
