How to get to "View All Messages"? ( i close now)

I have read schoology's view all messages thing, but IT DOSE'NT SHOW UP!!!!!

Is there another way to get there?

  Hi Ryan,

  Are you using the Schoology website or mobile app?

  If you're using the website, you can view all messages by clicking the envelope icon at the top right of Schoology. Then, you'll see View All at the bottom of the menu. Note: If you don't have any messages, the View All button will not appear.

  So now i can't get to my messages. I am using computer.

  I don't have any messages so I can't see them.

  Nice design choices. It's not like I have anything important to respond to. Definitely.

  Hi Ryan,

  If you're having trouble accessing messages that you believe you should have, I recommend contacting your school to discuss this issue with your teacher or instructor.

  If you are not able to contact someone at your school, I'm happy to contact them on your behalf.
