I've emailed Schoology twice about my account I can't join the course for my daughters class with the correct code given, it says it's not recognized even though it was triple checked by the teacher who gave it to me. However after 2 emails and weeks waiting for a response I still haven't been helped. I just want to be able to see what my child is learning and get the info the teacher is putting on Schoology for parents. This is really bad customer service.
