iPad app crashes when export file

when I try to send a pdf from within the schoology app to another app on my iPad, the Schoology app crashes.  I have recently updated to iOS 12, i have restarted the ipad several times, i have deleted the schoology app and reinstalled.  are other people having this problem?

    We have also had a student (Not named Anthony) that this exact same thing happens to. Hopefully this will be resolved soon.

    We are experiencing the same issue with export to Notability on iPads that are updated to iOS 12.

    No solution here and teachers are losing patience.

    No solution, but a work around I have found is to bypass the app by accessing Schoology through Safari. Documents will export to Notability from the web page, but it defeats the purpose of having the app.

    Has anyone heard if this issue as been corrected yet?

    once we updated the Schoology app (to 5.6.0) ours stopped crashing, But at the moment I don't recall if they were on ios 12 or not

    This continues to be a problem for students even after updates. It seemed to be fixed for a couple weeks, but we are experiencing it again. The Schoology app will not export to apps like Notability.

    Hi Amanda,

    If this issue persists after the fix, please open a ticket or re-open your previous ticket to report the issue to our Support Team.

    They will research the issue in more detail and track it in our ticketing system.
