Google App assignments not showing up for students

Hello, all - 

I posted assignments through the Google App assignment thing. When students click on the assignment link and then Your Assignment but the attached document is missing. This is not the case for all of my classes, however. Some work fine. For this particular class, I deleted the assignment, recreated it, and it's still happening. 

Any suggestions?

    Hello Amy,

    I contacted Schoology with the same issue, as well as another similar access issue with the gDrive Assignment app.  Below are a couple troubleshooting tips provided by the Client Support Rep.  Seems there are a few glitches with the gDrive Assignment app (which can easily happen just due to the nature of third party apps) but Schoology is always so helpful when we do have an issue!  Hope one of these options fixes things for  your students!

    -Clear the browser cache
    -Enable third party cookies in the browser.
    -Conduct a Force Log Out
    1. Navigate to the Assignment (where they see My Documents)
    2. Have them visit this URL: https://lti-submission-google.app.schoology.com/authorize/logout
    3. Have them navigate back to the assignment and reconnect their Google Drive account

    Thank you, Betsy. I'll have them try these steps. They use iPads, but I don't think that makes a difference. Hopefully we can problem-solve this issue. it works for some classes but doesn't work for others. FUN TIMES.
