Schoology Not Working Right

Hi, my son, Dylan Rasmussen, is taking online courses through our school district #194 (they call is Link12). His biology teacher assigned some work and Dylan can't get Schoology to work right so we can't access his assignments. He got the message above and he did what it said several times and it still won't work. Any ideas?

    Is this something that is happening with multiple school systems.  Both of my daughters can't upload documents on schoology.

    We are not seeing any system wide issues at the moment. You can always check our status page for the current state of Schoology.

    I will create a ticket so that we can investigate the issue further and gather more details.
