Adding a second child in the same school to the phone app


I have successfully added my second child to Schoology on my laptop; however, I want to be able to add this second child to my phone app so that I can just toggle between the two accounts. Have tried the Link Accounts, and this is not accepting the email and password that I know are correct.  Please advise.

    Hi Amy,

    Thank you for sharing your question here in the Community!

    Now that you have both children associated with your account, you should be able to access both of their accounts wherever you log into Schoology, including our mobile app.

    Here are the steps to view your children's accounts via mobile app:

    1. 1. Sign into the mobile app.
    2. 2. Tap the Menu icon at the top left (three horizontal lines)
    3. 3. Tap My Children.
    4. 4. You should see the student activity for one of your children on this page.
    5. 5. To switch to your other child, tap your child's name along the top menu. 
    6. 6. Select another child from the drop-down menu.

    Please let me know if these steps help you navigate the app to view your associated children in Schoology.
