Stuck on loading wheel


My son has been able to use the Schoology app at school, but when he gets home he can no longer use the app. We can get to where we input his email address and password but then we hit the logging button it just get stuck on the loading part with no connection. Have verified that iPad has internet connection. Would like to know because my son has homework to submit. Thanks for the help.

    We released an update to our iOS mobile app last night. Please make sure the app has been updated to the latest version. If the issue persists, we are happy to troubleshoot the issue further.

    Hello the iPad that my son is using is a school provided iPads. The app is updated to the latest version. He was able to login at school without a problem, but once at home again it doesn’t pass the spinning wheel page. We have try our phone hotspot, and also put him WiFi (spectrum) any other advice. Thanks
