problem submitting assignments

Follow

Trying to submit assignments but when I click on "Submit Assignment" a rectangle comes up with the tabs "Upload", "Create" and "Resources". I only get the top part of that window - it doesn't show me the rest of the window where you can upload the assignment. Also the loading wheel comes up and never goes away. This is URGENT because my online class is over in less than a week and I have many assignments to upload.

Any ideas anyone?

    Hi Kimberly,

Thank you for sharing your question in the Community!

I recommend that if you ever have an issue in Schoology that prevents you from meeting a due date or deadline, you should immediately contact your Instructor and let them know.

To contact your teacher/instructor in Schoology, please follow these steps:-

    • - Enter your course
    • - Click Members
    • - Locate your instructor in the member list
    • - Click the gear icon to the right of your instructor's name
    • - Select Send Message

If you are not able to contact your instructor or school, please let me know and I will reach out to them on your behalf.

    Hi Charles,

We are having issues at our school when student try submitting assignments.  After the students hit submit a rectangular box pops up that says loading.  This box does not go away and it just keeps loading.  Any suggestions or ideas to fix this problem would be great.
