Moved and need to delete account


We have moved out of the previous school district and would like to delete our account. This should not be a hard task, but it seems impossible!

    Hello Joni,

    Very sorry that you are having trouble managing your account in Schoology.

    In this case, your child's school manages your account on your behalf. I have created a ticket on your behalf so that we can follow-up with the school and update you once we hear back regarding your request.
